Category Explanations
All of our artists are listed in categories, these categories have been designed to try and help you, our visitor, find artwork that you want to see.
Finding artwork that you want can be made easier by us designing a link structure that is easy to understand, and more importantly, find artwork quickly.
Featured Gold Artists - Featured Silver - Online Galleries
The Featured Gold and Featured Silver artists have a bigger display than artists with a standard listing.
These listings have more in-depth reviews and more images on display.
The Watercolour, Mixed Media, Oils and Acrylic Painters categories have sub-categories.
So we have Watercolour /
Watercolour / Landscape - Floral
Watercolour / Animals - Wildlife
Watercolour / Marine - Seascapes
Watercolour / Portraits - Figures
Watercolour / Abstract - Modern
You've got it by now I'm sure.
Life - Digital - Colour Pencils - Pastel - Groups - Prints
These categories have no sub-category simply because there are'nt enough artists yet to warrant them.
I hope this page has been of some help to you.
It was always our aim to provide pages that load quickly, artists that can be found quickly, and artwork that is a pleasure to look at when you finally get there.
We think our new site is a massive improvement on the old one, this site is database driven and should therefore be up-to-date with all contents.
One problem we will always have though is dead links. Dead links are sites that have simply vanished into the ether, gone to distant galaxies. Should you come accross such sites we would appreciate it if you could let us know.
We have a 'Dead Link Contact' form that you could use, it is on the left hand side of every page.
To use it simply 'Copy' and then 'Paste' the name of the artist into the box provided, then click send, job done, thank you.
